Dr Phil's show today (Favorite things). Any comments on the daughter in law?

(apparently an ex-playboy model)..she just didn't, um, blend in..

we just watch to see how much more pathetic the show gets & to put that family out there, shoveling merchandise for their own $...maybe fund that 1 kids(latch on) band.

Am watching it right now and this is the most boringly bad knockoff of Oprah's favorite things. Even the audience looks bored and are politely excited. It's almost as if Oprah called Phil & the family and told them "don't forget to say, 'And everyone is getting one!!'". It's so awfully pathetic.These Christmas giveaway shows are not exciting anymore. Instead they are horrible, blatant commercials for all these products that both Oprah and Dr. Phil are hawking out there. It's just gift after boring gift. Who cares! As for the blond, Jay's pretty seedy for snagging this dim light bulb

i just flipped it on there and dr. phil sounds like a robot saying " A *pause* two *pause* hundred *pause* dollar *pause* giftcard" (u get the idea, haha)
yeah, the daughter in law is a porno model, i think she is a trophy wife for the son. she is just sitting there w/ a blank look. probably thinking "like, i already have all this stuff!"

The daughter in law was a playboy playmate and not a porno model. She did look like the odd person out tho.

She didn't seem to look happy to be there .....and her and Jay didn't seem to be all that happy together either. Robin is sweet and pretty but she appears kinda fake to me ....and in the giveaway show she just got on my nerves....... The show isn't what it was when it first started out.

I didn't think that the daughter in law looked all that happy or thrilled to be there. When she came out, she just didn't look happy.
I wonder what Dr Phil & Robin thought of her when Jay brought her home? A former playboy model. Dr Phil & Robin put on the 'wholesome' look.
I do love the show and feel Dr Phil gives good advice. I think Robin is sweet but like my husband says...she's spoiled rotten.
She was talking about how wonderful Paige jeans were. I looked them up on the internet and they are over 100. a pair. Not many people in the middle class can afford that!
